Welcome! Thank you for your interest in working together. The 90 day private coaching program is a customized program designed to help you ditch the diets and find balance with food and your body for good. Through diet, lifestyle, exercise and targeted supplementation, I help you balance your hormones, heal your digestion and lose weight in a way that is enjoyable and maintainable.


For years and years I had struggled with diet and body image. I restricted my food intake and did crazy amounts of cardio. I thought I was doing everything right.  I was tired all the time, constantly craving sugar and holding onto excess weight around my middle. Food and my body image took up 80% of my thoughts throughout the day. I was tired of counting calories and feeling guilty about everything I was eating. I had to make some serious changes.


After transforming my relationship with food and my body, everything changed. I finally had the confidence to go after what I wanted in life. I stopped binging and restricting. I had more energy to put towards what was really important like my career and relationships. 


I have worked as a clinical nutritionist for the last 4 years working both in clinics and in the online space. I have helped over hundreds of clients lose weight, balance their hormones, optimize digestion and heal their relationship with food and their bodies. 


From my experience in working one on one with clients, I can tell you that losing weight and feeling good is not just about diet and exercise. It’s balancing your hormones, healing your gut, managing emotional eating and learning what works for you as an individual. Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients reach their goals and finally feeling good in their skin.

how does it work?

Nutritional and Symptom Analysis

Before we have our first consultation, you will fill out an intake form and food journal. These help me to identify any areas that may need extra support and attention. We explore areas such as digestion, blood sugar imbalances and hormonal health include adrenal and thyroid assessments. We also look at other areas including exercise, sleep, stress and lifestyle factors. This helps me to identify any areas of imbalance and come up with personalized recommendations to help you reach your health goals.


60 Minute Initial Consultation

In our first session we will review your intake forms and food journal and chat about your current goals and any challenges you are having. After our session, you will receive an outline of personalized recommendations including food choices, nutrition guidelines, lifestyle and exercise tips and targeted supplementation if needed. 


Follow Up Sessions

These sessions give us an opportunity to check in on your progress. We will delve into what’s working or not working for you and make changes as needed. I will review food journals and make sure you are on track to meeting your goals. 

Meal Ideas, Recipes and Grocery Lists
Meal ideas and plans designed around your specific needs. You get plenty of variety so you never get bored with your meals.

Access to The Balanced Body Method

This is my signature online program that is equipped with videos and worksheets to support you in your journey. Topics include gut health, emotional eating, body love, cycle syncing, balancing hormones and bonus recipes.
