Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one my go to's for busy mornings and if you are looking for something other than a smoothie. Oats can be super fulling if you add the right ingredients! You can eat it cold or heat it up. Tastes like pudding!

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup rolled outs

  • 1 cup cup nut milk of choice

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1/2 scoop plant based protein powder


Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or container of choice (shake it up well!) Store in the fridge overnight to get a pudding like consistency.

*Note: depending on which protein powder you use you might have to add a little bit of water or more nut milk to get the right consistency. You want it to be a little runny but not too much!

Additional toppings: here is where you get creative! Add hemp hearts, nut butters, coconut flakes, nuts, sliced bananas or berries on top in the morning. My favourite is banana, a couple tablespoons of coconut yogurt and lots of cinnamon!
