Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls




'Tis the season for all things pumpkin spice! I make a batch of bliss balls almost every week. These make the perfect little snack as they are full of healthy fats, protein and fiber. You could even grab a couple for a quick breakfast or top your oats or smoothies with them. Tastes just like pumpkin pie but healthier!



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut shreds

  • 4 medjool dates

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • pinch sea salt

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

Method:

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until soft dough forms. Roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze.
