Avocado Pudding

Avocados are like the perfect food! I love to add them into smoothies or make puddings like this one. They are so satisfying and filling.


Serves: 1




  • 1/2 of an avocado

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder

  • 1 tbs cocoa powder

  • 1 tbs maple syrup or organic honey (optional)




Combine all in ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until combined. You may have to add a couple tablespoons of warm water or almond milk to get proper consistency.


Top with coconut shreds, cacao nibs, extra banana slices or berries.
