Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are one of my favourite super foods. They are loaded with good fats and protein that will keep you full. This breaky is easy to make the night before work.

 

I like to toss it into a mason jar for an easy grab and go option. I like to eat half a serving for some pre-workout fuel and half after my workouts.

 

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

 

Base:

1 cup plain organic yogurt or coconut yogurt

2 tbs chia seeds

Splash of nut milk

 

Method:

 

Mix ingredients into an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.

Get creative and add your favourite ingredients to spice it up!

 

I like to add a couple tablespoons of protein powder, honey or maple syrup, nut butters, chopped nuts, coconut shreds or mixed berries!
