Golden Mylk

Turmeric has become a staple in my pantry. It’s so good for digestive health (helps with bloat and indigestion), detoxes the liver and is great for joint and muscle pain.

 

I often wind down with this drink after dinner as it is so soothing for the digestive system and helps combat post dinner sugar cravings.

 

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups nut milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Couple cracks of black pepper

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 packet stevia or 2 tsp organic honey (adjust to taste)

 

Method:

 

Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan and whisk to combine. Heat to desired temperature and pour into mugs.
