Salted Caramel Protein Balls

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 mejool dates

  • 2 scoops protein powder of choice (I like plant based best!)

  • 2 tbs almond butter

  • 1.5 tbs mix of chia, buckwheat and hemp hearts

  • 2 tbs cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips

  • 4 tbs hot water

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • Coconut shreds for rolling

 

Method:

 

Throw all ingredients into food processor and blend until soft dough forms. Form into balls and roll in coconut flakes. Add more water if needed to get right consistency.
