This recipe kind of came out by fluke when I tried to make freezer fudge with it. It is so good as either a dip with your favourite fruit, added into smoothies or on oatmeal. You can also eat it as a pudding on it's own! It is full of healthy fats to help balance out blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full. Chia seeds are chock full of nutrients including omega 3's protein, magnesium and calcium. They are also excellent for gut health. Get creative with yours and add different toppings. I like banana, coconut flakes and some healthy granola for some crunch.
Soak chia seeds and hemp hearts in almond milk for 30 minutes or overnight. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
