Try these simple and easy side dishes for dinner tonight:
Saute onion and garlic in pan with a little bit of olive oil. Cook until soft. Add in broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and red chilli flakes.
This is your basic recipe so you can spice it up however you like. Add in fresh herbs or a splash of tamari for some flavour. Top it off with nuts or seeds. You can also substitute with cauliflower!
Zucchini Noodles with Dairy Free Pesto
Add all ingredients for the pesto sauce into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. You might have to add a tablespoon or two of water to thin it out.
Saute zoodles in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Top with pesto sauce and serve!
