We are constantly bombarded with information around food and diets that we have lost the natural ability to listen to our bodies. We restrict ourselves which only leads to binges and obsession around food and body image.

Hi, my name is Mia Harris and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who has helped hundreds of women feel sexy and confident in their bodies.

I get it, I've been where you are. I spent years struggling with food and my own health issues. I've been on just about every diet. I've restricted and binged and hated myself for not having the willpower or motivation to stick with it. I've been exhausted, bloated, sick and frustrated. I knew I couldn't live that way anymore and decided to make a change. I learned everything I could about nutrition and how to properly fuel my body. Now I want to show you how to do the same. I want to show you how to nourish not only your body and mind so you wake up feeling light and energized. I want you to have to energy to crush your goals and not waste any time worrying about food. 

 

I know what it feels like to struggle with food choices and feel uncomfortable in your own body. I used to feel frustrated and overwhelmed with all the information out there and wasn’t sure where to even start.Through my program I help you strip it back the basic. I teach you how to listen to your body, fuel it with whole foods and enjoy some treats here and there too. Diets and restriction are not part of my vocabulary. 

 

We will work together to develop healthy habits and a healthy mindset around food and your body. We will find out which foods work best for you and your busy lifestyle.
