Hi there! I’m Mia Harris, Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

I am passionate about teaching women how to nourish themselves for more energy, better moods and a balanced weight.

My goal is to share my knowledge to help women realize how good they can feel in their bodies.

I truly believe you can live a healthy life with balance and without deprivation or restriction.

Over the last 7 years I have helped 100’s of clients navigate digestive and hormonal imbalances, weight loss and disordered eating. I am here to help you block out the noise of the diet industry and find out what works for you as an individual.

Fun Facts About Me…

  • My favourite place to be is in the kitchen playing around with new recipes!

  • I love the ocean and being in nature.

  • I am originally from Victoria, BC but currently living in Saskatchewan with my partner and 2 dogs.

 

 My relationship with food and my body has been a complicated one.

In my mid 20’s I struggled with food and body image. I tried every diet there was and felt like I was doing everything right. I was eating less, exercising more and my weight would just not budge. I struggled with digestive issues, extreme fatigue, and hormonal imbalances. I got so tired of not knowing how to take care of my body and nourish it properly.

I knew that I could not live the rest of my life feeling like this and I had to make a change.

After researching fitness and nutrition for years on my own, I decided to go to school to study nutrition to become a nutritionist. I wanted to have the exact blueprint on how to eat properly so I never had to struggle again. After years of struggling, I finally healed my relationship with food and my body by making small, consistent changes. I implemented mindful eating, trusted my body again, and started to view food as nourishment. I was finally able to listen and give my body exactly what it needed.

Credentials and Experience

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist though the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I specialize in women’s hormones, gut health and weightloss. I support clients with PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid conditions, menopause, fertility and have a special interest in disordered eating.
