Mia Harris is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about helping women find a sustainable approach to diet and lifestyle. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017 and is a current instructor at Pacific Rim College teaching clinics and classes on emotional and disordered eating. Her current practice focuses on women's hormone health, gut health and weight loss.
